Shopping

Vegetables
• 10 pieces shallots
• 4 pieces red peppers
• 4 pieces yellow peppers
• 4 pieces green peppers
• 600g small tomatoes (e.g. cherry tomatoes)
• 2 pieces of red chilli (regular from day care shop)
• 3 cloves garlic
• 2 bags ruccula
• 4 pcs aubergines
• 2 pieces pomegranate
• 2 bunches/potted plants fresh coriander

Dry goods
• 800 g chopped tomatoes from tin
• 4 dl extra virgin olive oil
• 3 teaspoons paprika powder
• 3 tsp cumin
• 1-2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
• 360 g sifted wheat flour
• 150 g sugar

Various
• 12 pieces of eggs
• 1 piece of country bread or similar
• 400g feta cheese natural (can be looped in conjunction with allergies or other preferences)
• 8.5dl cream (for salty caramel and waffles)
• Salt and pepper
• 4 bottles of apple cheese, preferably from a Norwegian local manufacturer
• 1 litre vanilla ice cream, preferably short-lived (possibly sorbet in connection with allergies or other preferences)
• 150g real dairy butter (for serving with bread, frying waffles and caramel sauce)
